Opted to see if I could build an aileron rib. So I whipped together a form block. It was easier than I had anticipated. However I did have to disassemble my tabletop belt sander to tighten the motor belts so I could use the 6" circular sander on it with the angle table, which allowed me to create a 6 deg chamfer.
I also got to use the router table to hit the form block with the 1/8" round over.
The rib from Zenith fits perfect (tight) on the block, so tomorrow I'll cut out a blank.
